- Full payment is required at the time of your scheduled pickup.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. However, rates at the time of booking will be honored.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a full charge.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made within this period.
4. Service Terms
- We operate 24 hours 7 days a week , except on major holidays.
- Our fleet includes a 7-passenger GMC Yukon XLT, a 5-passenger Chrysler Pacifica, and a 14-passenger Ford Transit, some are equipped with Wi-Fi and phone chargers for passenger comfort. Images shown are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match the color or appearance of your assigned vehicle.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
5. Safety and Conduct
- All passengers must adhere to safety regulations, including wearing seat belts.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be the responsibility of the booking party.
